Role details

1. Visual designer

Work across packaging, digital creatives, and product visuals. You will support the team and gradually take ownership of smaller projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Create website assets, packaging layouts and marketing assets
  • Assist in product visualisation, mood boards, and mockups
  • Adapt and extend existing design systems
  • Support shoots and execution

    Requirements:

    • 0–2 years experience (internships count)
    • Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and colour
    • Proficiency in adobe creative suite 
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

    Good to have:

    • Illustration skills
    • Basic video editing

      2. Senior designer

      Own art & design across products, packaging, and brand. This is not a production role. You will be expected to think, make decisions, and drive projects end to end.

      What you’ll do:

      • Lead design for new product collections and launches
      • Develop packaging, visual systems, and brand assets
      • Translate ideas into strong, production-ready outputs
      • Work closely with the founder, vendors, and marketing
      • Guide junior designers and ensure quality

        Requirements:

        • 2–5 years experience in a design or product-led brand or design studio
        • Strong portfolio across packaging, product, and brand
        • High attention to detail and aesthetic judgement
        • Ability to take ownership and work independently

        Strong preference:

        • Experience with design led brands, lifestyle brands, decor studios or similar
        • Interest in art, decor, and physical products
