Bringing art home should be simple, and delightful. Here’s everything you might want to know about when your order will reach you and what happens if something doesn’t go as expected.
Shipping Timelines
- Within India: Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days
- International or personalised: Orders arrive within 10-15 working days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
International customers may need to pay customs duties or taxes at delivery. We don’t control or refund those
Replacements
Every product is carefully made and packed, but on the rare chance something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
If your item is damaged or incorrect:
- Email orders@theplatedproject.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96531 71608
- Please share clear photos/videos showing the product, outer box, and packing condition with the docket details visible.
- Send photos within 24 hours of delivery (important)
- Don’t toss the packaging, we’ll need it to process the replacement smoothly.
- We’ll send you a free replacement of the same item
- Shipping is on us, no extra steps needed
Cancellations & Refunds
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll issue a store credit (valid for 12 months).
Returns
If the product isn’t damaged but you no longer want it or have changed your mind, inform us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue store credit (valid for 12 months). Here’s what you need to do:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- We’ll handle the pickup, but reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll issue your store credit
That’s it. No drama, just clarity :)
We don't accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Discounted or sale items
- Items reported after the 24-hour window
Gifted items follow the same policy. Store credit will be issued to the gift recipient.
