General Information
- Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch your package’s journey.
- Order Not Received: If the tracking says “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll help.
- Cancellations: Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. If it’s already shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

When We Can Happily Make It Right

Damaged or Broken Products:
If your product arrives damaged, snap a photo and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you on what to do next and send you a free replacement—our treat! -
Incorrect Products:
If we sent you the wrong design (though we work hard to get it right), we’ll replace it with the correct one, no fuss. -
Change of Heart:
If your new piece doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, you’re welcome to return it or exchange it. Just note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
When Returns or Exchanges Aren’t Possible
- Personalized items.
- International orders, unless the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect.
- Sipster Bottles: Unused Sipster bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Labels and stickers must remain intact. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges for bottles.
Items Purchased During Discount Sales
- Sale items can only be exchanged, not returned (unless damaged, broken, or incorrect).
- Shipping and return charges will be deducted when exchanging sale items.
Domestic Shipping
Here’s how your art-inspired treasure finds its way to you:
- Delivery Time: Non-personalized orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized items may take up to 12 days—because special things take time.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your product.
International Shipping
Taking stories across borders:
- Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 12-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are set by your country and must be paid by you at delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Unfortunately, we can’t refund unclaimed packages due to unpaid duties.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your product.
